What personal data do we collect and how is it used?
When signing up for The Keep Sweden Tidy Foundation Day, Litter Picking Days, Clean Coasts or other campaigns If you sign up for one of our campaigns, we will use your data to send out newsletters and information about the campaign you are registered for. We may also use your data to send out physical promotional materials.
On Litter Picking Days, we share your data with contact persons for Litter Picking Days in your area so that they can help you with information and support. Where a third party is helping us send out promotional materials, we may also share your data with these parties. We store your e-mail address so that we can contact you before the next litter picking campaign.
If you sign up for another litter picking event on our website, such as The Keep Sweden Tidy Foundation Day, your name or company, what type of company you represent and the number of participants you have registered will be displayed publicly on our website. The organiser of the litter picking event will also be able to see your e-mail address so that they can contact you with information about the event.
When signing a petition If you sign a petition, we will store your data for statistical purposes and to let you know about the campaign if you have opted to receive this information. We also hand over a copy of the petition to relevant politicians containing the first names of everyone who has signed. Your e-mail address and surname will not appear on the petition. When subscribing to newsletters If you decide to subscribe to one of our newsletters, we will store your e-mail address and use it to send you the newsletter(s) you have opted for. You can unsubscribe from our mailouts at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
When registering for conferences, networking events, trainings etc. If you sign up for our conference, networking events etc. via a form on our website, we will store and process your data in connection with this activity. This may include sending out newsletters or surveys, or contacting you by other means with questions regarding the event you have signed up for. Registering for an event may also result in us storing your contact details (such as your name, e-mail address, title and telephone number) in our contact database. Information specific to the event will be stored until the event and post-event activities have been concluded.

Here, we store your personal data so that we can contact you about your event or send you newsletters about other activities we are running that we think might be of interest to you. You can choose to unsubscribe from our mailouts at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

If you have decided that the event is open for anyone to sign up, then the information you provide will also be visible on our website. - Facebook. We use Facebook pixel on hsr.se. This pixel allows us to show you ads on Facebook based on what you do on our website, e.g. visiting a certain page or clicking on a link. When registering for our online training When you create an account for our online training, we will store and process your personal data in connection with conducting the course. This is so that we can give you access to and information on the course, and follow up on the results of the training you have signed up for.
When ordering flags or other products from hsr.se or webshop.hsr.se If you order Green Flag products, educational materials or other items on our website or in our webshop, we will store your personal data in order to complete your purchase and follow up on your order. If you have chosen the Pay on Invoice option, your personal data will be kept in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
When posting a question on our forum Personal data connected to questions on our question forum is stored for three years, after which it is anonymised. Your question will remain visible, however.

When using our mobile app Skrappen There are two ways to log in to Skrappen - via Facebook or using an e-mail address. If you sign up with an e-mail address, then we will store this address. We will also store your profile picture and name. Your location is used when creating events in order to centre the map on your current position and to suggest events nearby. Location data is collected in order to record where litter has been picked up.
Events created in Skrappen may be displayed on The Keep Sweden Tidy Foundation website. In this case, the name, location and time of the event will be displayed.
When using our mobile app Skräpprotokoll Log in to the app using the information you received from us via e-mail. We store your e-mail address so that we can e-mail you your details. Your location is used when entering data in order to centre the map on your current position. The information you enter on the litter picked up is stored in our database. Any information entered into Skräpprotokoll may be displayed on The Keep Sweden Tidy Foundation website.
Who is the controller responsible for your personal data?

A data processor is a company which processes personal data on behalf of The Keep Sweden Tidy Foundation. What rights do you have?
